-(please note): Acorn Ridge Homeowners' Association refers to the orginization involved within the common purpose of owning and maintaining the Common Area, and which has as its members every Lot Owner subject to asssessment as herinafter provided.(more available in the .pdf)

  • Approval of Plans:
    No construction, reconstruction, remodeling, alteration or addition to any stricture, building, fence, wall, driveway, path or other imporvement of any nature shall be undertaken without obtaining the prior written approval of teh Architectural Committee.
  • Single Story Residences:
    All one story single family residences shall contain a minimum of 2,800 square feet.
  • Two Story Residences:
    All two story single family residences shall contain a minimum of 3,000 square feet.
  • Basements:
    Any single family residance containing a basement shall have a minimum of 2,000 square feet on the main level.
  • Split Foyer Residences:
    All split foyer residences shall contain a minimum of 3,000 square feet.
  • Exteriors:
    All single family residences shall be constructed with a minimum of 70% of the exterior containing brick.
  • Foundations:
    All single family residences shall gave foundations made of brick, with no foundations containing exposed blocks or stucco.
  • Garages:
    Each Single-Family residence shall have sufficient enclosed garage space for any and all family-owned or leased vehicles, and each garage shall contain atleast 2 spaces for said vehicles. No carports or front-entry garages will be permitted.
  • Construction Phase
    During a construction of Single-Family residence or other imporvement, the lot shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition so as not ot cause an unsightly condition of the lot.
  • Driveway
    All driveways and parking areas shall have hard impervious, dustless surfaces, such as, concrete, asphalt or brick.
